At the Annual County Dinner on Friday 3 December 2010 – Robert Sutton was presented with the Bedfordshire Order of Merit Trophy, Robert is the inaugural winner of this trophy.

Robert was also Bedfordshire Golfer of the Year, runner up in County Match Play Final losing out to Andy Taylor (South Beds GC) on the first extra hole, he was also presented with his County Tie along with Chris Spooner also from DDGC.
