Ryan Smith wins County Title at Mount Pleasant Golf Club
The boy’s county under 12 championships were held last Friday at Mount Pleasant Golf Club and the winner was Dunstable Downs junior golfer Ryan Smith who shot a gross 80. Ryan went one better than his runner up place in 2010 beating Jamie Gibbons (South Beds) who finished five shots further back in second. Ryan has completed his own little piece of history by winning the U12s title for the third time having previously been successful in 2008 and 2009 to become a triple county champion.
