Open Tees Monday – Friday finishes on 1st March 2012

After a short period of reflection, (That’s journo speak for not playing as well as normal) Freya Daniels has stormed back with 39 points to win the Craig Parrock Trophy by 3 shots. The fast running conditions have really suited Freya because she obviously cannot launch the balls miles off the tee. But what she lacks in length off the tee she makes up with determined accuracy with her chipping and putting and the results are there for all to see. Well done Freya. The competition was well supported too with double digit attendance again that makes the win all the more meaningful.

Freya Daniels scored below her handicap again  to beat the boys in the Corland Trophy event. This trophy has a long pedigree and was presented in 1981 by Messrs B Corps and R Rowland. Final results below
