Competition Starting Times
Men’s Monthly Medal
Open tees after 8.45am. No four-balls will be allowed on the course until 3.00pm (Bye-Law 3.4)
Medal & Stroke-Play (including bogey & stableford) Competitions
Members are reminded that the above form of competition can only be played in twos and threes & not fours
Club Trophy Competitions of a Medal/Stroke-play format must be played in twos or threes and must adhere to the times indicated on the Starting Board
Competition Days
BYE-LAW 3.3: Players who have not entered a competition shall allow competitors, on request, the privilege of passing them on the course.
It would also help if players who are not participating in the Competition of the Day refrain from playing in fours so that a steady pace of play can be maintained
Wednesdays
Wednesday is Ladies Day and the Starting Board is not in operation until after 1.45pm
16th Tee
Players starting on the 16th tee must conform to the Starting Board after leaving the 18th green and shall not alternate with matches already on the tee.
White Tees
White tees may only be used for official Club Competition play during week days.
Saturdays
Extra Medals
Please abide by the Starting Board.
Sundays
When winter starting times are in operation, the tees are open until 10.30am. When winter starting times end, Winter League games must abide by the Starting Board

Players already on the course shall alternate, on the tee, with players already in the queue and who are about to start their round.
NOTE :- Players commencing their round cannot alternate with those already in the queue.
Players starting on the 16th tee must conform to the above times after leaving the 18th green.
Players completing holes 16 -17 & 18 only shall not alternate with matches already at the tee.
November to End of February – Mon and Fri Open Tees All Day
November to End March – Sat Open Tees from 10.30;
Sun Open Tees from 8.00 – 10.30 – Members please note that 2 Balls have priority
On Competition Days, when Open Tees are in operation, members not playing in the Competition can only start from the first tee
